OUR STORY

Started from a Simple Observation

Jasmine Relay began after years of watching well-intentioned technology projects arrive in Hong Kong businesses — quickly, loudly, and usually without lasting effect. The projects that worked were the ones built slowly around how the business already moved.

Founded in Kowloon, we started by working with two restaurant groups and a mid-sized insurance brokerage. Our interest was not in deploying the newest tools — it was in finding the smallest, most useful intervention that a working team could absorb without friction.

That thinking has shaped every service we offer today. We do not arrive with a packaged solution. We listen first, then map what already exists, then suggest where AI can take over work that is currently draining good people's time.
